What is allergy ? An allergy or an allergic effect is defined to an abnormal immune system response to be certain stimuli such as food or ingredients of dust. Our immune system generally works to protect the body against viruses and other threats. In certain circumstances, our immune system can fail. Home Treatment for Allergies
Chamomile tea: This is a very popular drink worldwide. It is considered a natural antihistamine.Having one or two cups daily sweetened with honey gives you immunity to allergens. Mind, you should not consume if allergic to ragweed.
Ginger:Ginger have a sufficient power to cover all major factors causing the allergy. It not only increase immunity system but also reduces the secretion of histamine in the body, which is the main factor that cause allergies.
Garlic:Garlic is also one of the best builders of immunity to any allergens. Garlic has proven effective as a decongestant and therefore also used in various types of coughs and colds.
