2.Neem (Azadirachta_indica)

Ayurveda claims this herb, and fruit avoids hair loss as it has antiseptic, anti-fungal, antibacterial properties and also helps to cure dandruff. It is as well striking in fungal infections of the scalp (Fungal infections of the scalp, mainly occurs due to Tinea Capitis).

Whenever the scalp gets infected by this disease patches of hair loss occur in the scalp. Inflammation and itching occur in the infected area. When this fungus infects into the hair fibers in the infected area, the hair becomes brittle and cracks easily. In this situation, Neem works the best.

3.Indian Gooseberry (Avala, Phyllanthus emblica)

Mix around 1/2 cup of pure amla powder with sufficient warm water to prepare a paste. The paste must be about as thick as a cup of beaten yogurt. Let the blend stand for 10 to 15 minutes. Apply the paste to dry, clean hair utilizing your hands starting close to your scalp and employed at the ends of your hair. Be gentle and do not rub the blend into your scalp.

4.Bhringraaj (Eclipta alba)

The Bhringraj is a well-known hair tonic to stop hair loss. If hairs are becoming gray prematurely, the color will return to be natural with the use of bhringraj. Recipe No 1

Take 50gms of Drumstick leaves and 50gms of curry leaves, boil this mixture in 60ml of coconut oil until the black residue is procured. Daily application of this oil benefits hair growth and will prevent hair loss.

Recipe No 2

Take Hibiscus flowers 20gms, Tuberose flowers 20gm, Jasmine flowers 20gms and 20gms and Brahmi leaves 20gms. Extract juice of all four into a vessel add equal quantity of Gooseberry juice.

Mix it with the same quantity of virgin coconut oil and boil it over a low flame until oil remains. Sieve and keep in a clean glass bottle. Massage this oil overnight in the scalp region wash the hair next day repeated this for a couple of the week. For best result wash the hair with any herbal shampoo or homemade herbal remedy.

Recipe No 3

Burn a hard shell of coconut until it marks down to ash. Sieve and store in a glass bottle which is completely dry. Mix some amount of this ash daily with virgin coconut oil, and apply on the scalp. Wash it after few hours, regular use of this combination will prevent hair fall and also helps treat alopecia.

Recipe No 4

Take 20gms of fenugreek seeds and 30gms of curry leaves and soak in water overnight. The next morning makes ready the mixture to a fine paste. Apply the paste to hair roots, keep it for 1/2 hour and wash it the regular application of this combination will prevent hair loss.

Ayurvedic Shampoo Recipe

1. Take a mixture of “Triphala” Terminalia chebula, Terminalia bellerica and Phyllanthus emblica, next take Ritha (Sapindus trifoliatus) and Neem leaves. Boil the combination in water and use this as a hair wash.

2. Take 30gms of dried pomegranate skin, boil it in water and use this as a hair wash.

3. Take 50gms of Kachora roots it is also known as Hedychium siccatum, boil it in the water and use this water as a hair wash.

4. Take sage leaves, Peppermint leaves, Black cohosh, and Rosemary leaves boil it in water it can be very useful in conjunction or uniquely to rinse hair.

    Yes its true, I tried lots of cosmetic products to reduce hair loss but it was of no use, Then I went for the natural remedies & natural treatment like Ayurveda, its proved best
