    Hello Dr,
    I am suffering from ankylosing spondylitis last 10 years.
    Continue taking ayurvedic treatment and it is nearly same as suggested in the post. It’s really effective.
    I was facing back pain quite few days, so i am searching reason. I found due to summer I ate butter milk, curd some time in lunch. Also day time sleep. From today on word I will avoid these mistakes to overcome Lowe back pain due to aam vaat.
