    i am using saffron for the last 2 and half months,but no good effect can be found on my skin..though it has helped a lot to cure my indigestion.

      Sumona,

      All ayurvedic treatments take a little while to show results. However the results will be more or less permanent. As compared to fly by night chemical compositions in the market. Please continue using crushed saffron mixed with warm milk during bedtime. Give yourself atleast 3-4 months for improvement on skin.
      ( Soak few strands in hot milk for an hour or so.Then slowly crush these till they almost dissolve and then add it to the rest of the milk (preferrably a tall glass) and consume. All the best :)

      No studies have been performed to look for saffron as supplements.But many herbal expert believe that it have a properties that increase a higher level of potency in men who took saffron.
