    yes according to Ayurveda, drinking water from copper vessel in the morning on an empty stomach helps to balance all three Doshas (Kapha, Vata and Pitta). Most of the part of India have this culture of drinking water in the morning, but today new generation do not follow this trend. thanks for sharing.
