3. How to Make Mouthwash With Spearmint:

  • Boil 3/4 cup of purified water with 2 ounces of vodka together
  • add 4 teaspoons of liquid glycerin and 1 teaspoon of aloe vera gel.

  • add 10-15 drops of Spearmint oil and shake the entire mixture together well.

  • Take 4 tbsp of Neem herbal extract
  • add 5 drops of tea tree oil and 2 cups of purified water.

  • Take 40-50 gm Triphala powder and boil it in 1 ltr water till it is reduced to 250 ml.

  • 1 tsp of vodka (optional),1/8 tsp of stevia, and shake the entire mixture together well.

7. How to Make Mouthwash With Clove Mouthwash

  • Take 2 cups of water, 2 tsp of dried rosemary or 4 rosemary sprigs, 4 cloves, and Boil/Steep.

8. How to Make Mouthwash With Lemon

  • Take 3/4 cup water, 1/4 cup vodka (optional)
  • 6 drops lemon essential oil
  • 1 tsp of Aloe Vera gel, 10 drops of bergamot essential oil, and mix all ingredients.

  • Take 1 cup water, 1 tsp raw honey

  • Take 3/4 cups of water, 1/4 cup of vodka (optional), 4 tsp of liquid glycerin
